That this application is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions including a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the compensation for illegally cutting more than 2000 Seasam Tree standing over the land of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 332, Chak Plot No. 3334, 3326, 3333 area 2.58 acre worth amounting to rupees more than 4 crores and also for cutting 3' deep earth in 1 acre land of the petitioner mentioned above during

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
