No. 10 submits that order of writ court has already been complied, which was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, there is no reason to further keep the matter pending. However, fact remains that in compliance of the order delay has occurred and this was the reason that on last date i.e on 01.08.2018 I had passed stringent order to the extent that if order of the writ court was not complied, there was direction for personal appearance of senior officials.
Accordingly, while disposing of the present petition it
