2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No.140 of 2023 dated 29.05.2023 for the offences punishable under Section 302 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70566 of 2023(3) dt.05-02-2024 2/2 regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
