12-07-2016 Sri Abhay Kumar Thakur, learned counsel for petitioners at the very outset submits that present petition was filed against rejection of discharge petition, however; during the pendency of this petition, charge has already been framed. Meaning thereby that trial has already commenced. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that petitioners may take the pleas, which have been taken in the present petition, before the court below at defence stage. The prayer is allowed.
