2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bodhgaya P.S Case No. 194 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 318(1), 109, 303(2), 324(4) and 352 of BNS.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, scuffling took place between informant and petitioner's family member on the occasion of Holi.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the injury sustained by the daughter of the informant is simple in nature. He further submits that all the alleged sections are bailable in nature except section 109 and 303(2) of B.N.S. He further submits that petitioner are men of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66232 of 2025(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 means and ready to abide by all terms and conditions, which will be imposed by this Court. He further submits that there are total of 19 accused persons including the present petitioner and the allegation against the present petitioner is of general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that petitioner is in judicial custody since 17.06.2025 having clean antecedent.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the FIR, injury report and impugned order dated 30.07.2025, it appears that there are involvement of 19 accused persons in the alleged crime including the present petitioner but on perusal of injury report, it appears that the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature cause by hard and blunt substance, so considering the materials available on record and the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bodhgaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S Case No. 194 of 2025.
