Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 362 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The dispute involved between the parties is purely civil in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
