2. The issue raised in the present writ application stands concluded by the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 83 of 2016.
3. In C.W.J.C. No. 5651 of 2012, the writ Court allowed the enhancement of age of Institute employees from 62 to 65 years. That matter was taken to L.P.A. Court in L.P.A. No. 83 of 2016.

4. On consideration of the entire facts and circumstances, L.P.A. Court quashed the order passed by the writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 5651 of 2012 and in view of the judgment of the L.P.A. Court, the writ application does not merit any consideration.
