to pay the arrears of MACP from due date after granting the benefits of MACP to the deceased husband of the petitioner.

II.

to pay the outstanding amount of the salary arising out of revision of pay scale of the deceased husband of the petitioner in terms of recommendation of 6th pay revision committee.

III to pay the amount of salary of the deceased husband of the petitioner from April 1997 to June 1998.

IV to pay the amount arising out of lesser amount of payment of dearness allowance to

V to pay the amount of transfer allowance arising out of the transfer of the deceased husband of the petitioner from Supaul to Saharsa.

VI to pay the amount of house rent which was not paid to the deceased husband of the petitioner and after granting the aforesaid service dues of the petitioner.

VII to revise the family pension of the petitioner and make payment of the arrears of the family pension."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
