Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Powakhali P.S.Case no.26 of 2019, regis2019tered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR there is allegation against seven accused persons including these petitioners that they assaulted the informant and his bhabhi causing fracture injury on the leg and hand.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed and though the injuries are grievous in nature but that is not on the vital part of

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri P.K. Tiwari, J.M. Ist Class, Kishanganj in connection with Powakhali P.S.Case No.26 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
