The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 386 of 2018 registered under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is husband of the complainant-opposite party no.2. He has earlier filed a divorce case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
