2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order dated 30.11.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12945 of 2015 (Annexure-1), along with other analogous cases, which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition, has already been duly complied with.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court MJC No.2323 of 2022(3) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 since the order under contempt has now been fully complied with, he seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition as it has become infructuous.
4. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
