JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To issue a writ, writs/order, orders/ direction, directions in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the respondents authorities and to direct to appoint the petitioner immediately. (ii). To direct the respondent authorities that when the petitioner fulfilled the criteria and counseling as per the advertisement No. 1/17.

(iii). To ask explanation-cum-show cause to the respondent authorities nos. 5 to 7 that after completing the process/procedure i.e. final counseling the name of the petitioner standing at serial No.4285 showing as selecting candidate in the first list.

But after a day that first list has been disappeared from the office notice board, and then 2nd list was published in that list the name of the petitioner has not been shown as a selected candidate.

It is bonafide negligence of the post of the respondent authorities no. 5 to 7.

(iv). That the petitioner is 50% handicapped. (v). That to direct the respondent authorities to correcting all the errors and rectifying the mistake the respondents authorities should be ordered that the petitioner should be appointed at the earliest on the post of the Chowkidar in the district of East Champaran."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid
