2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 15.09.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 49940 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused, Sunil Kumar, having similar and identical allegation, has already been granted bail, vide order dated 19.04.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 10987 of 2024 (Annexure - 4 to the bail petition). Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2021 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid fats and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge - III, Jehanabad in connection with Kako (Bhelawar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019 (S.Tr. No. 113 of 2022).
