The sum essence of the order is that an assurance given to the Court has not been carried out on one pretext or the other and repeated adjournments have been taken, how does this become a cause of action in preferring an appeal against a kind of adjournment order, which has been passed in contempt application is not understood and explained by the counsel to us. It is also of significance that a final order itself has been passed in the contempt application which has been disposed off now on 03.07.2013.

If the State has filed any other Letters Patent Appeal against that order, that may be pursued. These are frivolous litigations which are not required to be given indulgence any further.
