JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, an appeal has been filed against the order of punishment, the same has not been disposed of by the appellate authority. In view of the aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the appellate authority to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today by a reasoned and speaking order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
