Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6944 of 2023 with a direction to the trial court to expedite and conclude the trial. In compliance of order dt. 10.11.2023, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received and kept at Flag'R'.

The report of learned 14th Addl. District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge of NDPS Act, East Champaran, Motihari dt. 23.11.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded within six months.
