====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 334(1) and 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of being involved in dealing with stolen ornaments.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya/ concerned Court below in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025 subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Gaya Kotwali Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
