2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 206 of 2023 arising out of Jadia P.S. Case No. 208 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of a 15 year old boy.

5. In view of the serious allegations, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
