The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 205 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 473 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner verified 311 fictitious persons as pensioners and on that basis, pension amount of Rs.8,70,800/- were transferred to the account of fake and fictitious persons, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41622 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 Accordingly, his application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected.
