Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 20, 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69330 of 2019. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 189 of 2019.
