Considering the nature of allegations and possibility of settlement of dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, as petitioner has been alleged to have taken bank's loan on the land purchased by the Opposite Party No.2 from the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V-cum- Sub-Judge-XIII, Rohtas at
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39778 of 2017 (2) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 Sasaram in connection Complaint Case No. 763 of 2013 for a period of six months for settlement of its dues with the bank. The petitioner will surrender before the learned Court below after six months and the provisional bail of the petitioner will be confirmed on the satisfaction of the learned Court below that all bank dues with regard to the house purchased by the Opposite Party No.2 has been settled by the petitioner.
