====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has filed this civil miscellaneous petition against the order dated 19.06.2017 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur, Ara in Misc.(Maintenance) Case No.127 of 2015 by which the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.8,000/- to his wife and Rs.4,000/- to his daughter as interim maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is paying Rs.3,000/- for the maintenance of his wife and sole daughter. The petitioner is a Supervisor and he is earning only Rs.12,000/- per month but I do not find any force in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as the court

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.154 of 2018 (2) dt.17-07-2018 has very categorically held that the petitioner is a graduate in Hotel Management and he is holding the post of General Manager and getting Rs.45,000/- per month.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I do not find any error or illegality in the order impugned. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
