Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.03.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26723 of 2020, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 9/2020, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Begusarai, and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of twelve weeks.
