Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 for the offence under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that allegation against this petitioner is that he was among the 8 persons assembled for committing crime and during search from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol with live cartridge was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 6. 2. 2019.

Considering the period of custody, the Court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61486 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019.
