Petitioner is aggrieved by the indecisiveness of the Principal Secretary, Health Department.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner institution was granted permission to run para-medical courses. The institution in question approached for extension of the period for running the courses. The request of the petitioner for extension is pending at the level of Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12212 of 2017(3) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Without expressing any opinion on the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Principal Secretary to pass appropriate order on the application of the petitioner for grant of extension objectively within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
