2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 278 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution, the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl. From the statement of victim girl recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in a relationship.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is on jail since 23.08.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO cum Additional District Judge-VII, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 278 of 2023.
