Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this application that has been filed under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Act with

Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.59 of 2018(3) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 liberty to file an application either before the appropriate Court empowered under law and having jurisdiction to exercise in the matter under Section 29A (4) (5) of the Act or to take such proceedings as may be permissible in law with regard to the grievance in question.

The application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
