2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution story, informant alleges that a called booked his OLA vehicle for Jehanabad and when he reached Hati More in Ghoshi Road, Jehanabad some persons boarded the vehicle and asked the informant to sit on back side and on protest they assaulted him and snatched his mobile and cash Rs. 3,000/- and was thrown out from the vehicle near Chhotki Masaurhi.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.68004 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case, he was not named in the FIR, the name of the petitioner sprang up in this case on the basis of disclosure made by coaccused Niraj Kumar who himself booked vehicle through OLA. The mobile no. through which OLA was booked does not belong to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor TIP has been conducted till now. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024 subject to the following conditions:- (i) Petitioner will remain physically present in trial on each and every date till the disposal of the case failing which, on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of
