====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 12-10-2018 This M.J.C. has been filed to restore Civil Review No.34 of 2012 for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 06.02.2013.

Learend counsel for the petitioner submits that Late Shiv Nandan Roy was senior Advocate and after his death the petitioner engaged Sri Shailendra Kumar after obtaining no objection from junior counsel of Late Shiv Nandan Roy. A fresh Vakalatnama was filed by Sri Shailendra Kumar and when Shailendra Kumar filed inspection slip, it transpired that civil review petition was dismissed for non-compliance of the order. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, the restoration petition is allowed. The Civil Review No.34 of 2012 is restored to its original file.
