Patna High Court CWJC No.3124 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to dispose of Parcha Cancellation Case No. 01 of 2016-17 pending in the court of District Magistrate, Khagaria.

The learned counsel for the State as well as Bhoodan Yagya Committee did not raise any objection.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Khagaria to dispose of Parcha Cancellation case No. 01 of 2016-17 with six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
