The petitioner is in custody in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties and there is a case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is land dispute between the parties, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019.
