JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2018 The grievance of the petitioner is regarding non- grant of the benefits of A.C.P./ M.A.C.P. already sanctioned to him as well as consequential benefits and its arrears which should have been paid to him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be filing a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today which may be directed to be disposed of within a specified time.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
