The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhataha P.S.Case No.160 of 2022 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has falsely been implicated due to village dirty politics. It is further submitted that by the order of Block Supply Officer, Dumri Katsari, the petitioner had supplied the alleged food grains to Ram Sogarath Ram (P.D.S dealer) and after due verification the S.D.O. sent the show-cause of the petitioner to the District Magistrate, Sheohar for its approval. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Bhataha P.S.Case No.160 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
