2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the son of the informant was killed by some unknown miscreants. The case was registered against unknown miscreants.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. During course of investigation, this petitioner has given his confessional statement in Maniyari P.S. Case No. 123 of 2021 and in that confessional statement he has confessed his guilt. After this

There is nothing except confessional statement against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 17.01.2022.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail and submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of four cases where he is on bail in all those cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 276 of 2022 arising out of Maniyari P.S. Case No. 148 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIIth, Muzaffarpur.
