JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 02-11-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The present petition has been filed to renew the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner which was earlier rejected vide order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29628 of 2021.

In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of the case has been received which has been kept at Flag-T. The report of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Siwan dated 04.09.2023 suggests that trial will be concluded within 7-9 months.

The petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months.
