The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is lodged against three unknown persons for committing theft of motorcycle and mobile phone of informant. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Vivek Kumar @ Arun Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66474 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 444 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
