This application is filed for quashing the order dated 31.01.2018 passed by Learned Special Judge, Vigilance Trap, Patna in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017, Special Case No. 45/17, whereby and whereunder cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for the offences under Section 7/13(2) read with section 13(1)(d) of the P.S. Act, 1988. No ground for interference is made out in this case. The petition is disposed of with liberty to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
