2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner took Rs. 6,50,000/- from the informant in disguise of sale price of the vehicle but later on, it was discovered that the said vehicle was handed over by the accused persons to its owner for the purpose of running it on rent.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he took Rs. 6,50,000/- from the informant in lieu of selling a car but later on, refused to sell the same. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents out of which one is of similar nature.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
