2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2016.

3 . As per the prosecution case , 9.960 litres foreign liquor was recovered from electric shop of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion . Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2024 . 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1 Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P. S. Case No. 139 of 2024 .
