JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 The grievance of the petitioner is regarding non payment of stipend for the months of March, April and May, 2017.

It is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation regarding the non payment of arrears of stipend within two weeks from today before concerned authority, who shall dispose of the same within a period of two weeks thereafter and if any payment is due, the same shall be paid within the said time.
