Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to misunderstanding. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is brother-in-law of deceased. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
