Perused the judgment.
The petitioner (proposed appellant) seeks grant of leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 01.05.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in Complaint Case No. 1406C of 2008 (CRI Complaint (P) 255 of 2015) whereby learned Magistrate has acquitted the accused person (respondent) of the charges punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court SLA No.49 of 2017(6) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 Good ground has been made out for grant of leave in preferring the appeal.
