Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379,411,467,468,471of the IPC and 40BMCC Rule 1972 and Section 8(a),8(b) of Bihar Mining Prevention of illegal Mining Transportation & Storage Rule 2003 and Section 15 of the Environmental Protection Act, 1986.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she committed theft of sand. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79202 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.155/2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
