Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 292 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 387, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact when these petitioners protested about construction of PCC road by the informant, who is the present Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat, the present false

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62693 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 case has been lodged. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S.
