2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties points out that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.06.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No.16571 of 2022, the Circle Officer, Mainatand, District-West Champaran, has already passed the final order on 04.05.2024, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No.33 of 2021-22.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, by approaching the respondent authorities. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
