2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and is in jail since 12.06.2024. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur /concerned Court below in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 subject to the condition that:- The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Vaishali Police Station on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Any default in the same would result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
