2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 193 of 2025, G.R. No.1710 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under 87, 137, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 17.06.2025, the informant reported that her minor daughter was kidnapped by the petitioner along with three other co-accused persons, while returning from coaching. Later on, the victim was recovered and she alleged that the accused filmed her and co-accused Sonu Kumar forced her into marriage.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

He has further submitted that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, has leveled allegation against co-accused Sonu Kumar stating that he forcibly solemnized marriage with her in a temple and he uploaded the video on facebook. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is in custody since 08.07.2025.

5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant as well as State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, period of custody and the fact that main allegation is against co-accused Sonu Kumar, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 193 of 2025, G.R. No.1710 of 2025, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
