JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49206 of 2022 with submission that due to wrong mentioning of P.S. Case No. in the prayer portion of the original petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 49206 of 2022, the same got reflected in the order dated 15.10.2022 and for this reason, the petitioner could not get the benefit of privilege of bail.

3. Perusal of record shows the petitioner has mentioned two P.S. Case numbers, namely, Islampur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2022 in Paragraph No. 1 of his bail petition whereas, in the prayer portion Islampur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2022 has been mentioned. Now, it has been submitted on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24953 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 petitioner that the actual P.S. Case No. is Islampur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2022.

4. Under the circumstances, order dated 15.10.2022 is modified to the extent that in the order portion granting bail, Islampur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2022 will be read as Islampur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2022. Order dated 15.10.2022 is modified to that extent only.
