The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B) A C, 26 (II) 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's name has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement made by the co-accused persons and there has been no recovery from his conscious possession, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IV, Munger, in connection with Kharagpur P.S.
