The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 35495 of 2015 vide order dated 05.10.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.01.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63028 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015.
